Mission:
A family in Bolivia approached us for help branding a traditional Bolivian snack food staple into a mass appeal snack for the US market.
Definition:
First we did an audit of all the cheesy snack foods we could find in local stores and online. To our surprise, none were grass-fed! In other categories, Grass-Fed products out sell, and out-perform their conventional counterparts. We leaned into this unique selling proposition with everything we had.
Fruition:
We developed the name, logo, packaging, and even brought in the initial sales team to help get this product into it's first stores. Now it's selling at Walmart and other retailers. We decided to celebrate the grass this product comes from and lean into the cows and start a mooooovement. The First Grass-Fed Cheese Snack.
